The JISC RSC YH advises and supports learning resources staff around the region on a number of learning resource issues, such as Information Skills delivery, Federated Access Management support, the use and promotion of e-resources, and more.

The Excellence in Learning Resources Forum (formerly the Information Skills forum) provides library / learning resource staff across the Yorkshire and Humber region an opportunity to exchange ideas and good practice with peers. The group meets three times per year.
