AccessApps

AccessApps is an initiative supported by the JISC Regional Support Centres and JISC TechDis. It consists of over 50 open source and freeware Windows applications, running from a USB stick. AccessApps provides a range of solutions to support writing, reading and planning as well as sensory, cognitive and physical difficulties. JISC TechDis service has created a series of 7 guides on different aspects of technology supporting disabled users in a library and learning resources context.

The Online College

The Online College is produced by The Sheffield College. It offers courses in two main areas:

Wakeypedia

Wakeypedia includes articles on a wide range of topics across the whole range of teaching activities. It was developed by Wakefield College, with funding from HUDCETT.
