Exhibitors - Book your stand!

Showcase your products and services to the senior and middle managers and practitioners that attend this event by taking up a stand in the exhibition area.

The exhibition area will be close to conference sessions and refreshment area, ensuring that delegates will have plenty of opportunity to visit the stands. We will be organising activities in the lunch time break that will involve the exhibition stands.

Places are limited - book early to avoid disappointment!

What do I get?

• Each exhibition space will be 3m x 2m
• A table, chair and a power socket will be provided
• Wireless internet access is available
• Option of including a flyer in the conference pack

How much does it cost?

Commercial providers and suppliers: £300
Education providers (colleges, universities, ACL, JISC services and partners): Price on application

Please note that booking does not automatically confirm a place. Space is limited and priority is given to our partners. We will be in touch to confirm whether we are able to offer an exhibition space.

Can I sponsor the event?

Sponsoring the event can be done in many ways, from providing equipment or software on the day, or providing prizes. Sponsors will receive additional exposure at the event. You can outline sponsorship ideas when booking your exhibition space or see the Sponsors page for full details.
